Who We Are

Engineering Excellence in the Heart of Fullerton

We are more than just a robotics team. We are a collection of cadets, engineers, and future innovators dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the VEX Robotics Competition.

The Origin Story

Three years ago, a vision took shape within the walls of Troy High School. What began as a modest group of thirteen curious cadets has flourished into the nation's premier JROTC VEX Robotics program.

Our foundation is built on the core values of the Navy Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps: honor, courage, and commitment. We integrate these principles with rigorous STEM education, creating an environment where technical skills meet leadership development.

Today, we field seven competitive teams with over 72 dedicated members. Our presence is felt at every level of competition, from local scrimmages in Southern California to the grand stage of the World Championship.

Our Philosophy

Disciplined Innovation

Creativity without structure is chaos. We apply military-grade discipline to the engineering design process, ensuring our robots are not only innovative but reliable and rigorously tested.

Collective Success

A victory for one team is a victory for the entire program. We foster a culture of open knowledge sharing, where senior members mentor novices, elevating the performance of the entire unit.

Future Readiness

We are preparing students for more than just a game. Our cadets gain proficiency in CAD, programming, public speaking, and project management—skills that serve them for a lifetime.
